This ServAssure Dealer installation is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of twenty-four months from the date of original installation. A quality replacement part will be provided and installed without charge by the ServAssure Dealer. This warranty applies only to the product in its original customer/installation location and is voided if product is reinstalled elsewhere.

This warranty includes ALL LABOR incurred for diagnosing, repairing, removing, installing, shipping, servicing or handling of either defective parts or replacement parts.

This ServAssure Dealer Warranty assures the customer's COMPLETE SATISFACTION as agreed upon and discussed in the sales proposal, which has been signed by both the homeowner and the ServAssure Dealer or the customer will receive a full refund.

In the unlikely event that the customer is not satisfied with the ServAssure Dealer installation, the ServAssure Dealer will have every opportunity to make amends. If after all attempts by the ServAssure Dealer have been ineffective to make amends, the customer can notify the ServAssure Dealer Governing Board at 877-SERVASSURE, or fill out the customer feedback form. The Governing Board will review the installation and make recommendations to correct the installation or recommend the customer have their money refunded and the installation removed.
