About Hellertown, PA - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Hellertown, Pennsylvania is a borough located in the Lehigh Valley region of Northampton County. It is situated geographically within the Saucon Valley, and it is home to nearly 6,000 residents.  Along with Lower Saucon Township, Hellertown Borough is served by the local Saucon Valley School District. The borough is located near several major metro areas – Philadelphia is about 55 miles away, while New York City is only about 80 miles northeast.

There are many great attractions located in and around Hellertown. Silver Creek Country Club offers a beautiful golf course, and the Saucon Rail Trail and Morris J. Dimmick Park are great destinations for visitors who want to spend some time outdoors. Even more popular are the Lost River Caverns, which provide underground walking tours and a museum to teach visitors more about the caverns. After all that exercise and physical activities, many visitors enjoy cooling off with a cold brew at the Lost Tavern Brewery. For those who prefer wine, local Franklin Hill Vineyards and the Colony Meadery at the Book Shop in Bethlehem are great destinations.

Hellertown weather will vary with the season. During the winter months, residents rely on their home heating systems, as temperatures can fall well below the freezing point. On average, this region of Pennsylvania receives about 33 inches of snowfall each year, and overnight lows fall into the teens. The proper climate controls will keep residents safe while mitigating the risk of damage to pipes and plumbing.

Climate controls are also a necessity during the warmer summer months – for different reasons. A central air conditioner will keep homeowners comfortable when hot and muggy conditions move into the area. Average highs in July reach about 84 degrees Fahrenheit, so HVAC technicians recommend that residents have their systems serviced during the spring. Regular maintenance will ensure that these units will run properly when they are needed the most.
