About Lehigh Valley, PA - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley is a major metro area in the eastern portion of the state. There are currently over 822,000 people residing here, and the area is growing by the day. Allentown is the largest city in The Valley, but other major communities include Easton and Bethlehem. Economic opportunities are plentiful in the region, and while the Lehigh Valley Hospital and Health Network is the largest employer, other prominent businesses include Air Products & Chemicals, PPL Corporation, and Giant-Carlisle. Lehigh Valley also boasts one of the largest installation rates of solar panels in all of the state, and it is a leader in the production of solar and other sources of renewable energy.

Recreation and attractions are plentiful in Lehigh Valley. The Allentown Art Museum is the largest museum in the region, and Bethlehem is also home to a non-profit called ArtsQuest. Each year, ArtsQuest hosts the largest free musical festival in the U.S. – Musikfest. Outdoor recreation lovers also have many options available to them in the Valley, including Bear Creek Ski and Recreation Area, Dutch Springs, and the Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom.

If you live in the Lehigh Valley or have plans to visit or move there in the future, it is important to be prepared for the community’s varied weather conditions. The summer months here are humid and hot, with average daily highs reaching the mid-80s. There are many days each season where temperatures jump into the 90s before the season gives way to a milder autumn.

Winters in the Lehigh Valley are cold and snowy. Each season, the area receives close to three feet in total snowfall accumulation. During the day, high temperatures might reach the mi-30s, but overnight lows fall into the teens. Just like residents will call upon their central air conditioners during the summer, this season requires a reliable and energy efficient home furnace to ensure comfort and safety regardless of conditions outdoors.
